Smooth purchase, minor issue resolved

I bought an Inokim Quick 4 from FluidFreeride recently. The ordering process online was straightforward and easy to navigate. I got a confirmation email right away. Shipping took exactly 6 days, and the scooter arrived well-packaged. When I unboxed it, one of the LED light strips wasn't working, which was a bit of a bummer. I contacted their customer support, and they were pretty responsive. They walked me through some troubleshooting steps, and when that didn't fix it, they sent out a replacement part within a couple of days. The quality of the scooter itself is great, very sturdy. Overall, a good experience despite the small hiccup.

Good scooter, quick shipping

I grabbed a Fluid Horizon a few weeks back and it's been pretty solid for getting around town. Shipping was faster than I thought, took about 4 days to get here. No issues unboxing or anything. It rides smooth, can't complain.

Absolutely love my new scooter!

Oh my goodness, I just got the Apollo Phantom and it's everything I hoped for and more! The power is incredible, and it handles like a dream. I'm so glad I went with FluidFreeride, their selection is just fantastic. I will definitely be back to shop here again for accessories, maybe even another scooter down the line. Told all my friends about it!

Hey, thinking of getting an Apollo City, but I'm in Miami. How long does shipping usually take to Florida?

T Tom 2 months ago

Mine took about a week to get to Orlando when I ordered last month, so probably similar for Miami. They're usually pretty quick with the bigger stuff.

C Colin 2 months ago

Yeah, I think it depends on the model too. My smaller Fluid Mosquito got here in 4 days, but my friend's Apollo Phantom took closer to 8. They ship from their main warehouse though, so probably standard ground time.

What's the return process like if I don't end up liking the scooter? Is it a hassle to send back?

B Ben 2 months ago

I had to return a helmet once, it was pretty straightforward. Just follow their online instructions and you get a return label. For a scooter, I imagine it's a bigger box, but the process itself should be easy.

J June P. 2 months ago

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month with a wrong size tire. For a whole scooter, you'd probably need the original box, but they have a clear policy on their site about it.

Can you use more than one promo code at checkout on Fluidfreeride? Got a couple I'm hoping to combine.

N Nina Patel 2 months ago

Nah, they only let you use one code per order. Tried that once with a Black Friday deal and a referral code, didn't work.

A Alex Torres 2 months ago

Pretty sure it's one code only. Most places are like that, especially for scooters. They usually say it somewhere in the fine print.

Considering the Kaabo Mantis 10, but also looking at something similar from Rev Rides. Any thoughts on how Fluidfreeride compares overall?

J June D. 2 months ago

I got my Mantis 8 from FFR and the customer service was pretty good if I had questions. Haven't bought from Rev Rides but heard good things about both.

D Daisy Marsh 2 months ago

FFR is solid, good selection, and their own brand stuff like the Horizon is decent too. Rev Rides is also good, might just come down to specific model availability or if one has a better deal at the moment.

Anyone bought a refurbished scooter from them? Wondering if they're actually good quality or if it's a gamble.

S Sam Hughes 2 months ago

I grabbed a refurbished Fluid Horizon a few months back. It was basically brand new, just a box ding I think. Saved a decent chunk of change. No issues at all.

A Amber 2 months ago

My buddy got a refurbished Apollo Ghost from them and it was perfect. Came with a warranty too, so felt pretty safe. Definitely not a gamble if you're looking to save some cash.

Does anyone know if Fluidfreeride does student discounts? I'm trying to save some cash on a new scooter.

A Amber 2 months ago

Not sure about student discounts specifically, but they do military and first responder ones. Might be worth checking their site for any other special offers.

C Colin 2 months ago

I haven't seen a student discount from them, but sometimes they have newsletter sign-up deals for like $50-100 off. That's how I got mine.
